When registering for the portal for the first time, please put "WE" in front of the full invoice number. Please use the total for the particular invoice you are using to register, not the total due on the account. *Dollar signs ($) are not needed.

You will need your new account number and invoice number from the new system, if you do not have an invoice, please contact our office for that information.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. As of 01/01/2026 there will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions. We now also accept ACH payments from a checking or savings account!
